Six Teens Arrested After Shoplifting Incident At QA Outlets

On October 26th, the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for shoplifting from Polo/Ralph Lauren store at Prime Outlets. Five males reportedly entered the store and fled with blue tote bags full of clothing, heading west on U.S. Route 50 in a green four-door Mercury Sable driven by a sixth male. A short time later, Cpl. Phil English was serving civil papers on Kent Island and spotted a car matching the description near the Chester River Bridge. Dispatchers ran the tag number and told English the car was reported stolen earlier that morning to the Prince George’s County Police. The men were arrested, the clothing recovered and the car impounded. The arrested included: 18-year-old Eugene Clemens of Washington, D.C.; 20-year-old Issa Kamara of Lanham; and, two 15-year-old and two 16-year-old males from PG County. All face numerous charges. The four juveniles were released to their parents or legal guardians; Kamara was held on $10,000 bail; and, Clemens was held on $5,000 bail.
