Scores on standardized tests taken by elementary and middle school kids are up once again this year. Baltimore students, who scored lowest on past test scores, are now ahead of students in Prince George’s County and Dorchester County, which now has the distinction of having the lowest scores. Reading among eighth-graders was significantly up, along with smaller increases in math for seventh and eighth graders.
