On 02/13/2009 Deputy Foster of the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Polo Ralph Lauren Store located at the Queenstown Outlets for a theft of eight dresses that occurred on 02/10/2009. The theft was discovered by store employees and the video surveillance of the dress rack shows a AA Male taking the dresses off the rack and placing them in his bag and left the store without paying for the dresses that had a value of $1040.00

On 02/13/2009 the suspect came back to the store and attempted to return the dresses for money but was refused by the cashier. The suspect left the store with the dresses. The suspect got into a silver colored passenger car and left the area.
