Chestertown Town Manager Bill Ingersoll says town officials have 13 applications for Police Chief to replace former chief Walter Coryell, who retired in late February. Coryell spent 38 years with Baltimore County Police and was one of 39 applicants for the Chestertown job when it opened up in 2001. Five of the new applicants are from Maryland, including two from Church Hill.
