Two Die in Shore Motorcycle Accident

Maryland State Police say two people were killed after the motorcycle they were riding collided with a pickup truck in Easton on Route 328 at Gannon Circle. Police say the motorcycle struck the front of a truck that had stopped in its path. Both the motorcycle operator and passenger were ejected. The passenger, 45-year-old Linda Marie Shea, of Bridgeville, Delaware was partially trapped beneath the pickup and died later at Easton Memorial Hospital. The operator of the motorcycle, Joseph Wheatley, died during surgery at Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Police say charges are pending.
