Eastern Shore residents with no insurance are not happy about three of the four Governor’s Wellmobiles going out of service. Last year, 3,000 people on just the Lower Shore used the Wellmobile. Governor O’Malley’s office says the Wellmobiles were cut to save money as the state tries to climb out of a huge budget deficit.
