State Police say 41-year-old Cynthia Lynn Connelly Ryan suffered a severe head laceration when she walked into a plane’s propeller at the Bay Bridge Airport in Stevensville. Ryan was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center following the accident, where she was listed in fair condition.
