Wye River Upper School is hosting a Spring Admissions Open House, Saturday at 10 am, 2nd Floor of the Higher Education Center, Chesapeake College Campus. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the campus and classrooms, meet the teachers and students and learn about the innovative College Preparatory curriculum being offered by Wye River Upper School.
“This is an exciting time to be involved in the growth of Wye River Upper School. We have introduced a College Advising Program. We recently took our upperclassman on a field trip of admission tours of 4 colleges. Our juniors and seniors can dual enroll in college courses and we have a number of major service learning projects scheduled, including a trip to Mississippi for the 4th year, to help with continued Hurricane Katrina cleanup. I would encourage all interested families to stop by for a visit,” said Jeff Moran, Director of Admissions for Wye River Upper School.
Wye River Upper School is a non-profit, independent, college preparatory high school for grades 9-12. Teachers use state-of-the-art technology in the classroom. The school is located in the Higher Education Center on the campus of Chesapeake College.
