Wye River Upper School Wine Tasting

Wye River Upper School is hosting a wine tasting with proceeds to benefit the Financial Aid Fund for students who otherwise might not be able to benefit from a Wye River Upper School education.

Please join Wye River Upper School and our friends Hair O’ The Dog, Draper Brothers, Anchors Aweigh Catering, The Corace Family, The Hermance Family, The Mendenhall Family, The Seip Family and the Tilghman Family as we sample some of their favorite wines and enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres on Saturday, November 7th from 6 to 9 pm at the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to order the featured wines with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Wye River Upper School. Tickets are only $60 per person and are available by calling 410 827 5822.

Wye River Upper School is a non-profit, independent, college preparatory high school for grades 9-12. WRUS serves bright students challenged by ADHD, dyslexia, and other unique learning styles, as well as students who may benefit from low student/teacher ratios and creative teaching strategies. In addition to rigorous core content areas our innovative curriculum includes digital arts, Bay Ecology, languages, music, interscholastic sports, state-of-the-art classroom technology, and dual enrollment with Chesapeake College. The school is located on the campus of Chesapeake College.
