SodexoFood Services offers a nutritious breakfast and lunch at each public school. Some students may be eligible for free or reduced-price meals. Eligibility for these meals is determined by household size and income guidelines developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Board sends application forms and guidelines to parents early in the school year. The cost of meals is below:

QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION Costs for Music Program
Following are responses to questions from parents regarding BOE costs for the extracurricular Music Program in Queen Anne’s County.
Costs to BOE associated with Band extracurricular activities:
Pit Band – $850
Jazz Band – $880
Concert Band – $880
Marching Band – $3,220
The Board allocates $15,000 per year for Bands, which is generally used for the purchase of equipment across all Band programs down to 5th grade.
The Board pays for transportation, which in the last 5 years has ranged from $7,800 to $12,500.
