WHAT: Anne Arundel Medical Center’s monthly health and wellness series, AAMC docsTALK, provides comprehensive and interactive health education to the community. The series will offer FREE insight, information and access to health care professionals.

Transforming traditional seminars into casual conversation, AAMC docsTALK offers a relaxed atmosphere to tackle tough issues, raise questions and encourage participation.

Pillow Talk: Secrets of Sound Sleep:
Co-hosts Briana Walton, MD and John Martin, MD along with guest experts, Cardiologist Barbara Hutchinson, MD,and Sleep Specialist Ira Weinstein, MD, will share tips on how to improve sleep habits and wake-up feeling refreshed and rested. After the show, get answers to medical questions in small group breakout sessions.
