Grasonville Senior Center and Kent Island Senior Center are now taking registrations for its Fall Session of classes through Chesapeake College Continuing Education and Workforce Training Program. Craft Design and Production classes offered will emphasize Ceramic Arts, EZ Strokes Painting, Photography, Traditional Rug Hooking, and Oil Painting. These courses are designed for senior adults, aged 60 or better. Beginners are encouraged to try these fun and educational classes.

Ceramic Arts will be offered Mondays 9:00am at KISC and 12:30pm at GSC beginning Nov 7. EZ Strokes Painting will be offered Tuesdays 12:30pm at GSC beginning Nov 1. Photography will be offered Wednesdays’ 9:30am at GSC beginning Nov 2. Traditional Rug Hooking will be offered Wednesdays’ 12:30pm at GSC beginning Dec 28. Oil Painting will be offered Thursdays 9:30am and again at 12:30pm at GSC beginning Nov 3 and at KISC on Tuesdays at 9:30am beginning Nov1.
