Artisan’s Fair Offers Holiday Shopping Benefiting Hospice of Queen Anne’s

Begin your holiday shopping early this year, and without the crowds, at the Artisan’s Fair on Saturday, November 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department. Thirty local artists and crafters will be displaying and selling ceramics, paintings, jewelry, glassware, pottery, digital photography, wood carvings and much more. Admission and parking are free. Artisan fees and a portion of all sales will be donated to Hospice of Queen Anne’s.

Hospice of Queen Anne’s offers one-of-a-kind care for adults and children who are in the advanced stages of illness and support for those who care for them. They offer a variety of grief services, support groups and individual counseling for families and children who are experiencing grief from losing a loved one. Routine hospice and specialized inpatient hospice care are provided to residents from Queen Anne’s and surrounding counties in the six-bed Hospice Center in Centreville.
