July 1 – 31:  Summer Classes in Boot Camp and Ballroom Dancing  continue at the Centre for the Arts in Centreville, 206 South Commerce Street, Centreville, MD. 410.758.2520. www.arts4u.info.

July 5 – August 6:  Boot Camp: A five-week workout with Pam Thaxton and Mary Messick that will have you in great shape for the summer. 5:30 to 6:30a.m., $99 per student, $80 for returning students. July 9 – August 28, 2010:  Members’ Best Exhibits. Members’ Best Exhibits will be on display in the Centre for the Arts. Several artists are represented at each exhibit.  We will be looking for artists throughout the year to display 1 to 2 pieces of 2D or 3D artwork.  Member artists can request to be in an exhibit individually, or if they have an idea for a collective show, suggestions will be welcomed. 410.758.2520. exhibit@arts4u.info

July 14:  Mixed Media & More for Kids ages 5-10: 9:30a.m.-12p.m., “Catch the Wave with Watercolor” Think about your favorite day at the beach and put it on paper using watercolor techniques taught by award winning artist and teacher, Ann Crane Harlan. July 21:  Mixed Media & More for Kids ages 5-10: 9:30a.m.-12p.m., “Take a Line for a Walk” will have you creating fun drawings and using blind contour gesture drawing. July 25: Crop Club. Join paper crafter Cathy Downes on the last Sunday of each month at 12:30p.m. having fun and making progress on your memories with unique album designs.
