Each summer the Avalon Foundation presents an outdoor summer concert series of musical performances that are free and open to the public. This year’s series consist of five shows held on downtown Easton streets and parks throughout June, July and August. The schedule includes a varied line-up of regional performers and military bands that cover a wide range of tastes in good music.
Streets are closed to traffic so that visitors can fill streets and sidewalks with chairs to enjoy the performances. Please bring your own chair. Children are welcome; dancing is encouraged and all concerts are free and open to the public. Rain location is the Avalon Theatre, 40 E. Dover Street. 410-822-7299 www.theavalonfoundation.com.
The Avalon Foundation is able to present these performances for free thanks to the generous sponsorship from Fred Frederick Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram and William Hill Manor along with support from the Talbot County Arts Council, Easton Police Department, Easton Utilities and the Town of Easton.
