The Avon-Dixon Agency, member Shore Bancshares family of companies, was host to the new Sporting Arms exhibit during the recent three-day Waterfowl Festival event. Over 2,000 visitors toured the new exhibit which featured the sporting heritage of the Shore and showcased collections of antique and contemporary guns. The exhibit concluded with the highly anticipated drawing for a finely crafted Caesar Guerini 28 gauge over/under shotgun. Representatives from Caesar Guerini were on hand as well as employees of Albright’s Gun Shop, a local retailer for the Guerini line. The winner was Charles McIntosh, a resident of Talbot County. “I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am having won the shotgun. Thanks to the Avon-Dixon Agency for hosting the sporting guns event during the Waterfowl Festival. It was very well done and I have heard from several friends on how much they enjoyed the exhibit.” says Mr. McIntosh. The shotgun was presented to Mr. McIntosh by Avon-Dixon Agency employees, Rich Trippe, President & CEO, Donna Sposa, VP & COO and Matt Brooks, AVP.
