A man jumped last week from the westbound span of the Bay Bridge. Firefighters were called to waters near the jetty adjacent to the bridge on the Anne Arundel County side. Firefighters rescued the 31-year-old man from the water and brought him to shore. He was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious and life-threatening injuries. No further information was available. It was the second jump in four days. Earlier, the body of another jumper was found near Kent Island.
