A non-stop outdoor Boot Camp offering multi-level intensity cardio drills with emphasis on functional movement, balance and power. Intervals, weight bearing exercises and much more. This Boot Camp is for anyone and everyone at all levels.
Instructors Gina Adams and Sandy Harris have over 22 years experience in Personal Fitness Training, Group Training, Stability Ball, Pilate’s and more.
Boot Camp starts Tuesday April 20th. This is a four week session on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45 to 6:45 pm. No need to be indoors, come outside with us.
Cost is $96.00 and includes: FREE Before and After Body Fat Analysis, Weigh-In, Measurements and Nutritional Guidelines.
*Half off for any child 13-17 years of age attending with parent.
