The Shore Regional Breast Center art gallery will mark its second year in October with an exhibit that features the art of breast and ovarian cancer survivors. All forms of hang-able art are welcome, including photography, paintings and mosaics.
Interested artists should contact Sara McCafferty, 410-822-1000, ext. 5387, smccafferty@shorehealth.org by September 15 to enter the exhibit. All art work must be delivered to the Breast Center at Memorial Hospital, 219 S. Washington Street by Friday, September 30.
The cancer survivor art exhibit opens on Friday, October 7 at Shore Regional Breast Center. The public is invited to the grand opening of the exhibit, which is one of the activities planned to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month. The exhibit will continue through the end of the year.
