The Neighborhood Service Center located on Port Street in Easton, received a much needed visit from the Easton Elks Lodge #1622.  Past President Dave Wolcott and helper Elk Jimmy Harrison delivered a truck load of canned goods, pasta, grocery staples and a decorated Christmas tree.  The Neighborhood Service Center is allocated state and federal grant funding as well as local government and private donations to assist low-income and elderly residents who need nutritious food items or are facing evictions, utility cut-offs in Talbot County.  At this time much more is needed. The Easton Elks provide year long assistance to food pantries in Talbot and Caroline counties.
