CBMM Offers New Member Events

The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, MD, is offering new members-only special events this summer.

On Friday, July 8 from 5-7pm, museum members are invited to “Small Boat Sailing,” where they can take a JY sailboat out with the Museum’s sailing instructor for a 30 minute basic sailing overview. No experience necessary and all ages are welcome. Advanced reservations are required by July 5, with space limited. On Friday, August 12 from 4-6pm, museum members are invited to bring children ages 8-12 to learn hands-on about the crabbing industry in the museum’s “Crab Cakes Program.” Advanced reservations are required by August 10 with space limited.
