Teachers Joanne Beemiller and Lisa Booze of Bayside Elementary School’s Relay for Life team receive a donation check from Holly Scott, Kimberly Kratovil and Becky Groff of Inspired Events, LLC.   The American Cancer Society is one of the several charities that will receive a donation from the proceeds of the Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival. Normally the donations are given after the event, but since the Relay for Life is earlier than the festival this year, the donation was given in advance.  In addition to the American Cancer Society, the 3rd Annual Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival will benefit Special Olympics, Maryland and The Foundation for Community Partnerships.  This years’ event will be held June 5th & June 6th at Terrapin Nature Park, Stevensville.  For event information and tickets, please check out the website at www.ChesapeakeBayWineFest.com.
