A Centreville man had to be rushed to the hospital after he was injured in a weekend hunting accident. According to Maryland Natural Resources Police, the accident occurred on November 26 on Perlee Road near Centreville. Police said the investigation revealed that 47-year-old Jeff Wolfe fell from a tree stand after he attempted to shoot at a deer. Investigators said Wolfe was wearing a safety harness, but it was not connected to the tree. Wolfe was flown to Shock Trauma for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
