Congratulations to Jacob Chaires, a graduating Senior at KCHS who also was this year’s student member of the Board Of Education. Jacob is the WCTR Person of the Year for 2011. Jacob is an honor student who will spend the summer working at Bayside Foods. He will attend the University Of Maryland/College Park, where he will take advanced honors classes.
