Looking for a new career in the banking industry?  Join Chesapeake College this fall for the “Achieving Bank Teller Excellence” course.  The comprehensive training offered by Chesapeake College provides an overview of the financial industry, prepares tellers to provide outstanding customer service, and reviews the various products and services banks offer.

The course instructor, Rita Mielke, is a former banking professional with over 30 years of experience in all levels of the banking industry.  The program is a unique combination of in class training and online modules that provide students with the knowledge that banks are seeking when hiring new tellers.

Evening classes will be held September 20 – October 13, 2010 on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.  Day classes are offered October 18 – November 1, 2010 on Monday and Wednesday s from 9:00 am – 12:15 pm.
