Chesapeake College President Barbara Viniar and the school’s Board of Trustees invited state and local officials from the five counties that support the college to a Holiday Dinner and Orientation to Chesapeake College, Thursday, December 4.
The event was arranged to congratulate newly elected officials on their new appointments and to introduce them to Chesapeake College.
Queen Anne’s County Commissioner Paul Comfort said, “It was a great first opportunity for local newly elected officials from the area to meet each other and gain a fuller understanding of the important role Chesapeake College plays as a regional center for higher education.”
