The owner of a Chestertown business, James Musselman, was arrested last week on drug charges after a two year investigation. Kent County authorities believe Musselman was selling drugs out of his shop called East Coast Skates on High street and also out of his pickup truck. Investigators served search warrants on the shop, Musselman’s truck and home and found drugs and paraphernalia in each of those locations. Charges also are pending for several other people as a result of the investigation.
