image003When do the arts and exercise meet? When there is great music in the background making your workout routine feel nothing like a routine at all. Instructor Jen McCann has been a personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor for over 5 years, as well as a nutrition consultant with AAAI and ISMA certifications. McCann invites students ready to make body changes and to feel better to join these fun and effective classes. Personally designed to offer individual attention to students’ needs, students can sign up for 5 week sessions or just drop in. Payment is made to the instructor.

Classes are held on Tuesdays from 9:15 to 10:30 am and also from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Thursday classes are mornings only from 9:15 to 10:30 am. $8 per session or $32 for 5 weeks. Wear comfortable clothes.
