Community Forums About QA Emergency Center To Be Held September 7 and 8

The public is invited to learn about the Queen Anne’s Emergency Center at community forums that will be held on Tuesday, September 7 at 7:00 pm at the Queen’s County High School, 125 Ruthsburg Road in Centreville and on Wednesday, September 8 at 7:00 pm at the Kent Island High School, 900 Love Point Road in Stevensville.

Come learn about the difference between an urgent care center and the Queen Anne’s Emergency Center, which is a full service emergency department, just like one at a hospital. When it opens on October 4, the Queen Anne’s Emergency Center will operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, treating patients with acute illnesses, injuries and trauma as well as minor injuries. The center is staffed by board certified emergency medicine physicians, experienced ER nurses and hospital-experienced radiology and laboratory technologists.

The Queen Anne’s center is located at 115 Shoreway Drive off of Nesbit Road and US Road 50 near Grasonville.
