Cross Court Athletic Club, a tennis club in Easton since 1974, is showcasing recent renovations to its world-class tennis facility at an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, September 13 at 5:30 p.m. at its location on South Washington Street.  Mayor Willey and Talbot County Chamber of Commerce officials will be in attendance.  The enhancements are part of a three-phase project to renovate the Club’s health, fitness and recreational facilities during the coming year.

The finished renovations include resurfaced courts, new indirect lighting for four state-of-the art indoor tennis courts, along with a new ceiling to improve court play and the acoustics.  Whether you are a current tennis player or new to the sport, a youth or senior, Cross Court offers tennis programs for beginners through advanced players.  In addition to clinics, private and group lessons, the Club offers leagues for all levels, kids programs, and challenging tournaments.
