Decorate Deliciously

image003Just a handful of piping techniques and some other fun tips will turn cupcakes or cakes into yummy works of art. Stars, flowers, grass and other embellishments are taught in this first time offering at the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council’s Center for the Arts. Students are encouraged to sample their work.
