Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, presented by EMS Theatre Department and EHS Drama Club, opens Friday, April 20th at 7 pm at the Easton High School auditorium.
Stunning sets, whimsical costumes, captivating live music and a cast of over 80 make this a show not to be missed! Cast members are students from Easton Middle School’s Theatre Department, Easton High School’s Drama Club, as well as students from Moton, Dobson, Chapel, and White Marsh Elementary Schools. Performances are April 20, 21, 27 & 28 at 7:00 p.m. and April 22 at 3:00 p.m.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is the classic story of Belle (Emma Langfitt), a young woman in a small provincial town, and the Beast (Jacob Mueller), who is really a young prince trapped in a spell placed by an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
