CNB, member of Shore Bancshares family of companies, recognizes and appreciates Donna Steven’s 15 year milestone with the bank and her years of dedicated service. Ms. Stevens began her career with CNB in 1997 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance.
Ms. Steven’s first position at the bank was as a Loan Operations Manager beginning in December 1997. Since that time, Ms. Stevens has held several positions over the years including Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President, Credit Administration, Assistant Vice President, Compliance, and Vice President, Senior Operations and Compliance. “Donna is a valuable member of our executive management team at CNB,” says Win Trice, President/CEO. “Her detailed knowledge and experience are invaluable to our success at CNB. We value Donnas’ commitment to the organization and celebrate her 15 years of experience, professionalism and contribution to the company.”
Ms. Stevens began her banking career in 1980 as a Teller and progressed with four financial institutions in functions including retail branch and bank operations. Her Management responsibilities have included retail branch banking, loan operations and documentation, credit administration, bank operations, and compliance.
Ms. Stevens graduated from Anne Arundel Community College in 1981 with an Associate Degree in Business Management. She is also a graduate of the Maryland Banking School and ABA Compliance School.
Ms. Steven’s professional affiliations include Maryland Banker’s Association Regulatory Affairs Committee and Mid-Atlantic Regional Compliance group. Previous affiliations include Chairman of the Maryland Banker’s Leadership and Development Committee and member of the Government Relations Council.
In her spare time, Donna enjoys reading a good book, baking and cake decorating. Donna and her husband Clay live in Cordova, Maryland. They are constantly on the go supporting the various activities of their two daughters Taylor and Lauren who both attend college (University of Alabama and Salisbury University).
