The Environmental Protection Agency is getting involved in plans to clean up the Chesapeake Bay. States surrounding the bay vowed two years ago to clean it up. Now the EPA is threatening to hold states accountable with stronger enforcement measures. Bay states have until November 29th to solidify cleanup plans. The EPA wants to approve those plans by the end of the year.
