Estate Treasures Wins Award

Photo: Volunteers from Estate Treasures are the 2014 winners of the J. McKenny Willis, Jr. Community Service Award. This award presented by the Mid-Shore Community Foundation recognizes a non-profit organization that has made significant contributions to our region and the volunteers who have been instrumental in the organization’s success. Accepting the award on behalf of Estate Treasures are Kathy Ciambruschini, Linda Sheets, Renie Madonna, Sharon North and Karen Himes. For 23 years Estate Treasures, an upscale resale shop located in Chester, MD, has been raising funds that Compass Regional Hospice (formerly Hospice of Queen Anne’s) uses to provide hospice services for people of all ages. Estate Treasures is located at 17 Kent Town Market in Chester. The shop is open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 4:30pm.
