Evergreen Cove Holistic Learning Center is sponsoring a lecture and workshop on the spiritual significance of dying.  The lecture, “Beyond Death: Does Consciousness Survive,” will be presented by acclaimed international author, lecturer, and trainer, Roger J. Woolger, PhD, of Woolger International on February 25, 20101 at 8 p.m. at the Academy Art Museum, 106 South Street, in Easton.  The lecture will explore spiritual phenomena which occur at the time of dying and provide models for the dying process as suggested by reports of near death experience and by the visions of mystics and mediums in many cultures.  In addition, the implications of these ideas for mental health will be considered.

This is a return visit for British born Roger J. Woolger, who lectured last year at Londonderry Retirement Community and previously at Evergreen Cove and the Academy Art Museumin Easton.  Dr. Woolger founded Woolger International and is a life long student of world spiritual traditions.  He is a graduate of the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerlandand holds degrees from Oxford and London Universities in the areas of psychology, philosophy and comparative religion, and is a pioneer in the development of Deep Memory Process™ (regression therapy).  Dr. Woolger speaks internationally, always demonstrating a profound knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of the human psyche.

In addition to the lecture, Dr. Woolger will present a three-day seminar, “The Soul’s Unfinished Business: An Introduction to the Deep Memory Process™,”  for therapists and healing professionals to be held in the Waterview Room at Easton Club on February 26 and 27 from 9:30 a.m to 6 p.m. and on February 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.  From over two decades of exploring psychological and spiritual healing, Dr. Woolger has developed a unique, comprehensive form of regression therapy known as Deep Memory Process™.  Dr. Woolger’s international training program has attracted therapists and healers from all over the world.
