On July 3rd. EXIT Gold Realty agent Charlie Ritch dresses in his authentic Thomas Jefferson Custome & with a handful of American Flags goes door to door in his new neighborhood.

Charlie & his wife Brenda are moving into a 55+ community in Annapolis. Charlie thought this would be  great way to meet new neighbors & network at the same time. Everyone cheerfully greeted me at the door & was pleased with the gift of the flag & when I identified myself as not only thier new neighbor but a REALTOR several of them invited me in & ask what I thought thier home was worth. Many people ask to have a picture with me.It truly was a wonderful day meeting my new neighbors,networking,doing a patriotic deed & listening to people share thier stories.Ain’t America Great said Charlie,I could have done this all day but I ran out of flags.
