Ferry Point Park Dedicated

Queen Anne’s County recently dedicated its newest park. The 40 acre Ferry Point Park is bordered by Kent Narrows, the Chester River and Piney Creek and is next door to the Chesapeake Exploration Center. It includes a new boardwalk that takes visitors out over the water so they can see wetlands up close. The project is getting praise from lawmakers, including Senator Ben Cardin, who congratulated the county for getting the park done in one year.
