Fike, Clem, Clemmer Join Talbot Bank Board of Directors

The Talbot Bank, member of Shore Bancshares, Inc. family of companies, recently added three new directors to their board, David Fike, Regional Vice President & Publisher, ACM Chesapeake LLC, Carole Ann Clem, partner of Warren’s Wood Works, Inc. and Brooks Drive, LLC and Michael Clemmer, president of Salisbury Pewter Company.

David Fike is Regional Vice President & Publisher of ACM Chesapeake that includes the Star Democrat and their weekly publications. David is the past President of the Maryland Delaware D.C. Press Association and Press Services, past President of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and has served previously on the board of directors for Talbot Mentors, The United Fund of Talbot County, and the Maryland Delaware D.C. Press Foundation.

He currently serves as the CEO and President for Brighter Christmas Fund and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce. David earned a degree in Business Management from University of Maryland College Park and resides in Trappe with his wife, Gwen and two children, Harrison and Morgan.

Carole Ann Clem is the Office Manager at Warren’s Wood Works, Inc., an architectural millwork and building supply business that she and her husband own. She is also a partner in Brooks Drive, LLC, which owns and manages commercial rentals. Carole Ann began her career with Legg Mason. She lives in Easton with her husband, Warren and two children, Graydon and Allison.

Michael Clemmer is President of Salisbury Pewter Company, and he earned his BA from the University of Richmond. He is currently the President of the American Pewter Guild and serves on the Wicomico County Tourism Advisory Council, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Talbot County Economic Development Commission. Michael served on The Country School Board of Trustees from 2001-2007, and returned in 2010. He has also served on their finance committee since 2001. He formerly served on the Board of the United Fund of Talbot County. Michael and his wife Dina have three children, Jack, Lindsey and Miles live in Oxford.
