Members of the planning committee from the Flamingo Fling 9-Hole Golf Classic, sponsored by Talbot Country Club’s 9 and 18-Hole Lady Golfers, recently presented the event’s proceeds, totaling more than $83,000, to the Comprehensive Breast Center at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health for outreach programs. The Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital at Easton was a Leader Board Sponsor of the event, donating $25,000 toward the cause.
