For All Seasons Receives CARF Re-Accreditation

For All Seasons recently received the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Re-Accreditation. CARF® International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services organizations. Through accreditation, CARF assists service providers in demonstrating value by the quality of their services and meeting internationally recognized organizational and program standards.

For All Season was initially accredited by CARF in 2018 and re-accredited in 2021. Each year is a three-year accreditation. The first accreditation, the agency had 83 recommendations. This was the first year that For All Seasons received no recommendations – an achievement that less than 3% of the 80,000 CARF-accredited agencies across the globe receive.

CARF surveyors observed that For All Seasons has fostered a remarkable culture of community network and support designed to engage members of the community and provide services to every client who seeks services. In addition, they noted that external stakeholders are proud of the services offered, stating that the organization is forward-thinking and innovative, providing a benchmark for others.

“Services are provided by a cadre of passionate, caring, competent, proud, and committed team members who take tremendous pride in their work and the many accomplishments of the clients they serve,” stated Mary Lynn Logsdon, CARF Program Surveyor.

Kari Klinski, CARF Administrative Surveyor added, “Leadership throughout the organization placed a high value on client satisfaction, strong communication between departments, and continuous quality improvement.”

“I am extremely proud of our leadership team, clinicians, and staff for their dedication to excellence and for establishing a pattern of conformance to standards. Receiving the highest level of accreditation from CARF is a very rare accomplishment and confirms For All Seasons Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center’s innovative approach and commitment to providing quality services and reducing barriers people face to receiving care,” stated Melissa Kelly, President, For All Seasons Board of Directors.

“By successfully achieving and maintaining CARF accreditation, For All Seasons has been able to enhance its credibility, reputation, compliance, and success, and access new opportunities, collaborations, partnerships, and resources. It has been a pleasure to work with For All Seasons over the past three years and assist them in achieving its accreditation goals. With less than 3% of accredited organizations receiving perfect survey outcomes, the team at For All Seasons worked diligently to achieve this distinction and continues to strive towards maintaining quality client-centered care,” commented Kaci Madison, MA, CAADC, CAC-AD, For All Seasons CARF Coordinator.

“We are proud of the entire For All Seasons team and particularly Kaci Madison, our CARF Coordinator, for all her support and guidance in completing our CARF re-accreditation process. Our CARF surveyors Mary Lynn and Kari were thorough and wonderful to work with and we thank them for the time and detailed attention they provided as they reviewed our organization,” shared Beth Anne Dorman, President and CEO of For All Seasons.

“Obtaining continued accreditation from CARF and obtaining such an excellent assessment of our operations means a great deal to For All Seasons. The comprehensive effort to assess the effectiveness of our programs and the efficiency of our operations is much appreciated. The excellent findings of the accreditation review are a source of pride for the organization. We plan to continue to achieve excellence in all that we do, and how we do it,” added Leonard Wolf, For All Seasons Board of Directors.
