Animal Resource Foundation, Inc (ARF) needs foster homes for dogs! If you are looking for a way to truly make a difference in a dog’s life, please consider becoming a foster.
Fostering can be as simple as providing a dog with a place to stay while she awaits her forever home or as challenging as helping a dog heal from health or behavioral issues. Sometimes dogs come to us having been abused, neglected or with health problems. Many of them may be frightened or distrustful of people. With the extra care, patience and training a foster family can provide, these dogs can overcome their fears and health problems and have a better chance of being adopted. Many people who are interested in adopting, love the idea of bringing a rescued dog into their homes, but are not equipped to deal with the dog’s initial health or behavioral issues. You can help a dog make a successful transition from a difficult situation to a loving forever home.
Simple or challenging, fostering dogs can be a very rewarding experience for people who love to have dogs around.
Not only will you be blessed with companionship, but also you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you helped save a dog’s life. The family that ultimately adopts the dog you fostered and gives her a forever home will be grateful for your commitment and willingness to care for their new friend.
We also need foster homes for puppies. You can help give these little ones the start they need to become happy, healthy, well socialized adult dogs.
ARF is a non-profit organization “Dedicated to Saving and Improving the Lives of Companion Animals.
