Free First-Time Home-Buying Class August 7th
A free First-Time Homebuyers Counseling Class will be held on Thursday, August 7, at the Community Services Building (formerly known as the Kramer Center) 104 Powell Street, Centreville from 6:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
Two industry professionals will be available to answer questions regarding the home-buying process: Adam Backes, Sr., loan officer from Prospect Mortgage and G. Starkey “Kay”, realtor, GRI Champion Realty, Inc.
The First Time Home-buying Counseling classes are a requirement for the Queen Anne’s County’s Critical Workforce and Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Second Mortgage Programs. For the guidelines, including income limitations to both of these programs please visit our website at www.qacdhcs.org. You do not have to be applying for either of those programs to attend.
