Free Training Series for Seniors, Individuals With Disabilities, and Caregivers

The Queen Anne’s County Maryland Access Point (MAP) office and its partner, Holly Community, Inc. (HCI) offer a free training series to bring awareness of the many resources available to seniors, adult individuals living with disabilities, and caregivers. The training series will feature six different educational topics offered at the Queen Anne’s County Senior Centers. The first of which is:

April 9, 2013 – Kent Island Senior Center
• 10:30-11:30 “Kitchen Aids: Assistive Devices to Bring Joy Back to Cooking”
• 12:00-1:00 “Long-Term Support Services and End of Life Planning”

Seminar attendees are invited to attend a one hour session or stay for both trainings that day. Lunch will be offered in between the morning and afternoon training session for a small donation. Lunch tickets must be reserved by 3/29.
