Hearthstone Health and Fitness, Inc. (“Hearthstone”), the new fitness and wellness center in Easton, recently announced the members of its management team.
Hearthstone is a new cutting-edge health and fitness center employing “lifestyle” concepts to improve health, reach new performance heights and effectively slow the aging process. Members, and non-members, will have access to the latest in fitness technology to see how their bodies respond, from the inside out, to focused exercise and a regimen of healthy eating. Members have access to health, nutrition, and fitness advice from the highly qualified staff. The environmentally friendly facility will open in May 2012 in the old Blockbuster building on Marlboro Avenue in Easton.
Dave Tuthill, president and CEO remarks, “Many gyms employ trainers with limited certifications and non-fitness based education. At Hearthstone, we employ individuals who have undergraduate and in some cases graduate degrees in exercise and health related disciplines like exercise physiology, exercise science, physical education and kinesiology. All of our trainers have industry leading certifications.” Tuthill continues, “They are compensated based on their performance and customer satisfaction, not based on how much they sell you. This means they care about whether members achieve their results.”
The leadership team includes: Dave Tuthill, president and CEO; Martha Tuthill, vice president; Norris Woods, Jr., general manager; Ryan Groll, fitness director, Emily Groll, member services director, Michael Linardi, life coach, and Deborah Blood, nutrition coach.
