Angela Fleetwood, RN, hospice nurse for Shore Home Care and Hospice, was recently honored as an Everyday Hero.

A grateful patient made a donation to Shore Health System to recognize the care she received from Fleetwood. In a note sent with her donation, the patient wrote, “Angela is my angel.”

The Everyday Hero Program provides patients, their families and the local community an opportunity to thank a Shore Health System physician, employee or volunteer by making a financial donation to the Memorial Hospital Foundation in their name.
