Hospice of Queen Anne’s Volunteer Training

Hospice of Queen Anne’s serves all of Queen Anne’s County by providing comprehensive, professional and compassionate end of life care and bereavement support. We are always looking for people who would like to volunteer with us as we serve our community. Volunteers bring companionship and extra assistance to patients and families.

At Hospice of Queen Anne’s we have a special appreciation for those who give of themselves by serving as volunteers. They are indispensable to the patients and families we serve, and are key members of our hospice care team.

Volunteer training is being offered by Hospice of Queen Anne’s for individuals desiring to work with patients and families. This training is required by Maryland State Regulations for all hospice volunteers. The training consists of four classroom sessions. Classes will be held on Fridays from 9:00am – 3:00pm on April 16th, 23rd, 30th and May 7th at the Hospice Center, 255 Comet Drive, Centreville, MD 21617.
