LEARN TO IRISH DANCE FOR ST. PATRICK’S DAY
Love Irish music?  Have you seen Riverdance or Lord of the Dance and wanted to try Irish dance yourself? QUICK SKETCH DESIGN AND PAINTING
Discover your personal style of artistic expression.  Explore traditional and experimental approaches to art.  This course covers quick sketch and design fundamentals, brushwork, palette knife and color palette.  All levels of artists will benefit from the art essentials.  Instructor has over 30 years of experience as an international career artist. FOOD ALLERGY TRAINING AND WORKSHOP
Do you, your child, or someone you know have food allergies? The information presented during this training is important and can help you protect your child or those in your care.  Learn what a reaction looks like (some of the symptoms may surprise you), what to do during an allergic reaction, and how to get the help you need.  Discover the ways you can make your home safe for a food allergic individual through the step by step workshop. COME DANCE WITH ME!  Belly Dancing for Fun and Fitness

TAI CHI
