The Queen Anne’s County Mental Health Committee (QACMHC) invites you to an exciting and
impactful event—the Old Bags Luncheon—on Wednesday, September 10 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
at the beautiful Kent Island Resort. Tickets are $85 per person, with options to purchase tables for 8 or
10 guests.
This lively event will feature a silent auction filled with new and gently used designer handbags, plus the
chance to participate in raffles for amazing prizes. The Live Auction promises to be a highlight, with one
of the items being a Holiday Party, which includes appetizers and desserts prepared by talented culinary
QACMHC committee members for up to 20 guests delivered to your home!
As in previous years, a boutique will be available for attendees to purchase donated handbags and
accessories, making it the perfect opportunity to snag a stylish addition to your collection while
supporting a worthy cause.

About QACMHC: The Queen Anne’s County Mental Health Committee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization dedicated to supporting individuals in our community coping with mental illness. Funds
raised at this event help provide grants to local mental health organizations that serve Queen Anne’s
County residents. In 2024, QACMHC awarded $50,000 in grants to seven local organizations: Four All
Seasons, Crossroad Community, Compass Hospice, Haven Ministries, QAC Public Schools, Wye River
Upper School, and Radcliff School.
