A perfect family-friendly activity, Kent Island Day commemorates the founding of Kent Island in 1631. The event is sponsored by the Kent Island Historical Society, and features displays, activites, food and crafts which demonstrate Kent Island’s heritage. For Kent Island Day, Saturday May 19, traffic will be closed in Historic Stevensville, on Old Love Pt. Road and Cockey Lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
